The Zoho Leads plugin allows you to add or update Zoho Leads with the information collected by the forms generated with the Calculated Fields Form plugin.

Zoho is one of the most recognized software and solution providers for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and Zoho CRM is its flagship product.

Zoho CRM is a full-featured customer relationship management (CRM) suite with many capabilities, including lead management, sales force automation, contact management, omnichannel customer interactions, and a wealth of analytics options.

The Zoho Leads plugin allows you to add or update Zoho Leads with the information collected by the forms generated with the Calculated Fields Form plugin.

"Zoho Leads for Calculated Fields Form" installation is similar to other plugins in WordPress. It requires downloading the zip file with the plugin's code to your computer (visiting the download link provided after purchasing) and following the steps below:

1. Go to the Plugins section on your WordPress.
2. Press the "Add New" button at the top of the section.
3. Press the "Upload Plugin" button, and then select the zipped file downloaded previously.
4. Finally, install and activate the plugin.

The plugin adds the "Calculated Fields Form > Zoho Leads" menu option and a new section in the forms' settings. The new page allows you to register the plugin and enter the Zoho "Client ID" and "Client Secret" data. And the new section in the form settings allows you to define the relationship between the Zoho Leads attributes and form fields.

To register the plugin, go to the menu option: "Calculated Fields Form > Zoho Leads", enter the email address used to purchase the plugin, and then press the "Register" button.

To register the Zoho CRM app, select the "Data Center", enter the Zoho "Client ID" and "Client Secret", and finally, press the "Generate Token" button. The action directs you to Zoho CRM for accepting the integration between your website and Zoho CRM.

The plugin includes a new section in the forms' settings titled: "Zoho Leads Integration" to configure the relationship between the Zoho Leads attributes and the form's fields.

The settings area includes the attributes:

• Enable Zoho Leads?: Allows enabling/disabling the Form-Zoho integration.
• Create leads after payment confirmation: the checkbox allows you to configure the form to add Zoho Leads immediately after form submission or after receiving payment confirmation. Applies only for forms integrated with a payment gateway.
• If there is a Zoho lead with the same email, update its information or ignore it.
• List of Zoho Leads attributes and input boxes for entering the fields' names (fieldname#) or values directly (Including custom Zoho fields).
