To use the rich text editor in the public forms, go to the settings page and tick the "Enabling the rich text editor and apply it to the public forms as well" checkboxes.
The plugin enables a new section in the form settings to enable/disable Rich Text Editor on web form textarea controls.
Note: If the Rich Text Editor is enabled on the form, it is possible to exclude a specific Textarea control by entering the class name non-editor in its "Add CSS Layout Keywords" attribute.
